E) Membership Approvals
9.8 Membership in OHSAA: Voluntarily renew membership in the OHSAA for the 2022-23 school year for schools with grades 7-12, and agree to conduct athletic programs in accordance with the Constitution, Bylaws, Regulations, Interpretations, and decisions of the OHSAA and to cooperate fully and timely with the Commissioner's Office of the OHSAA in all matters related to the interscholastic athletic programs of the schools. The schools shall be the primary enforcers of the OHSAA Constitution, Bylaws, and Sports Regulations and the interpretations and rulings rendered by the Commissioner's Office. The Board reserves the right to raise the student-athlete eligibility standards as the Board deems appropriate for the schools and students under its jurisdiction. The administrative heads of these schools understand that failure to discharge the duty of primary enforcement may result in fines, removal from tournaments, suspension from membership, and/or other such penalties as prescribed in Bylaw 11.

12.1 Real Property License Agreement for Nonpolitical Subdivision - Enter into an agreement with the Wapakoneta Family YMCA to allow them to utilize real property of the district located at 400 West Harrison Street, Wapakoneta (football practice field) for the purpose of a community ice rink (see Exhibit A). The license commenced on January 3, 2022, and shall terminate automatically on May 1, 2022, unless extended by a mutually executed written addendum. (copy of agreement attached)
