11.1 Authorization to Provide Public Notice - Authorize and direct the Treasurer to place a notice in the Wapakoneta Daily News, no later than May 21, 2024, which reads substantially as follows: PUBLIC NOTICE: The Wapakoneta City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Sections 3307.353 and 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code that MARK LAW, who is currently employed by the Board of Education as the Instructional/Informational Technologist, will be retired and seeking re-employment with the Wapakoneta City School District in the same position following his service retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of re-employing the above-named individual at a meeting to be held on May 28, at 7:00 p.m. at Wapakoneta High School, One Redskin Trail, Wapakoneta, OH.
